General Terms
- By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and pay the listed price.
- Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment is not authorized, if stock is unavailable, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
- We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or customs.
- Firmware licenses are tied to a single device (chip ID). Each license purchase covers one device only.
- Digital firmware licenses and subscriptions are sold through Paddle. Physical hardware kits are sold through Stripe.
Firmware License & Fair Use Policy
- Each firmware license is valid for one device only (linked to its unique chip ID).
- Reflashing is supported for updates and recovery while the project is actively maintained.
- To prevent abuse, excessive reflashing attempts may be limited at our discretion.
- Devices can always be reset and restored to their licensed state if needed.
Taxes and VAT
Digital firmware licenses and subscriptions: All taxes (including VAT/GST where applicable) are calculated, collected, and remitted by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This includes EU VAT, UK VAT, US sales tax, and other regional digital tax requirements.
Physical hardware kits: Hardware purchases are processed through Stripe and may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or local taxes depending on your country.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds for digital products are handled by Paddle in accordance with their refund policies.
Returns and refunds for physical products are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, THVisi0n shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Intellectual Property
All firmware, software, and related documentation remain the intellectual property of THVisi0n. Purchase grants you a license to use, not ownership of the software.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
